The Hoshizaki HFIC80 Flake Ice Maker is designed for commercial kitchens, bars, and catering operations that need a continuous supply of high-quality flake ice. Constructed from stainless steel in a silver finish, it offers durability, hygiene, and easy maintenance in busy environments. This undercounter unit produces up to 85 kg of flake ice in 24 hours and includes a 26 kg storage bin, making it suitable for both ice production and storage.

This commercial flake ice maker operates on 220–240 V, 50 Hz, single-phase power with a 270 W rating and 13 A current. It uses R290 refrigerant and air-cooled technology for efficient ice production. The digital control panel allows simple operation. Its foam-injected polyurethane insulation maintains ice quality in the storage bin. Designed for fresh water connection, it requires a water supply pressure between 0.5 and 0.8 Pa, with a usage of 85 liters of water.

The ice machine supports water temperatures of 5–35°C and functions in ambient conditions between +5°C and +40°C. Measuring 640 mm (W) x 600 mm (D) x 800 mm (H), with adjustable legs from 87–122 mm, the unit fits neatly under counters for space-saving installation.
