Product Overview

The Unox Commercial Convection Oven is ideal for hotel kitchens, bakeries, and catering operations requiring consistent cooking. Constructed from stainless steel with a sleek silver and black finish, this electric oven accommodates three GN 1/1 or 460 x 330 mm size trays for baking, roasting, and cooking a variety of dishes. Its drop-down door design provides convenient access.

Digital controls provide precise management of temperature and cooking time. This commercial convection oven features three decks and features a tray distance of 75 mm for even cooking. It operates on a single-phase, 220–240 V, 50–60 Hz power supply with 13 A current and 2.95 kW wattage. Users can select from 99 pre-installed programs or customize user programs for flexible cooking. The oven operates within a temperature range of 30°C to 260°C.

Internal lighting allows for monitoring food without opening the door. The unit measures 600 mm (W) x 669 mm (D) x 425 mm (H) for easy installation in compact kitchen spaces. Its water inlet (0.75-inch) helps in steam-assisted baking. Backed by a 1-year warranty, the unit is built for commercial kitchen operations.
