Mashriq Elite Developments, a Dubai-based developer, has introduced a new project called Floareá Residence in response to the robust demand for off-plan properties in the region.

Situated in the Arjan area, Floareá Residence boasts 206 residential units, encompassing Studio apartments, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. Prices range from Dh515,000 to Dh1.375 million.
The standout feature of this development is a grand waterfall cascading from an Infinity pool on the first floor to the ground level. This soon-to-be iconic structure in the Arjan Community is complemented by a state-of-the-art clubhouse, a yoga studio, a barbecue courtyard, a well-equipped gymnasium, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, steam and sauna facilities, and a host of other amenities.
